自制板面

ban mee冰箱里剩下一些昨天留下的面团,Carey说可以做拉面,可是我不会怎么拉,于是就用我的方法把面团擀平切条,做成板面。如果手撕的话,是否就叫面粉粿?客家人则叫刀麻切。不管什么都好,我把它烫熟捞起,下了一点麻油炒香葱末和韭菜,用少许酱青,盐和糖调味后就加入面条伴均,伴上一点香煎马铃薯,这道香炒板面就成为了我今天的午餐^_^
