健康谷粮早餐

cereals可能是天气冷的关系,在这里特别容易饿,我的食量也大了。为了不浪费,早餐有时候我会吃剩下的烤面包,鸡蛋,培根,茄汁豆等。David和Carey都不吃午餐的,我到中午就会饿了,然后找东西吃。晚餐的分量也是很大,Carey都给我盛很多饭,然后一直叫我多吃。以前我每个星期运动大概八小时,现在是活动较多。

不可以再这么下去了,健康饮食要从早餐开始。今天我吃早晨谷粮加水果,然后才惊觉这里的谷粮原来是这么好吃的!看看能不能坚持一个星期:)
