在伦敦的最后一晚,到柯芬园吃了Jamie Oliver的油封鸭。鸭肉用鸭油浸熟后,再炸至外皮酥脆,同样的油再拿去炸吐司,铺在鸭腿下。伴碟的还有印度小扁豆和沙律,淋上橙汁,就这样上碟了。

第一口咬下鸭皮时,一股咸香的味道在口中蔓延开来,我这种重口味的人最爱不过了。接着再吃它的肉,似乎有点干,让我想念起在新加坡东海岸吃到的油封鸭。服务员有稍微跟我说这道菜的做法,问她是不是sous vide做的,她却答不出。

尽管如此,我还是把鸭腿吃得一干二净,不留一点皮肉,看来它想投胎也很难了,呵呵。
