Monster Curry

我在新加坡的第一个food tasting——Monster Curry!

浓稠的咖喱汁由14种香料熬制而成,费时2天。超级大的份量,食物连同碟子重达5公斤!Menu上说明是2人分,可是看来足够让3-4人分享。

辣度可分成5级,嗜辣的朋友可以尝试5 flame,不过其实最辣也不算辣,如果它进军马来西亚的话可能需要去到7 flame,甚至是10 flame。

总的来说,这道日式咖喱超乎我想象的好吃!
